Changed My Life
Eight years ago, my life changed forever when I suffered a traumatic brain injury. For the better part of two years, I was confined to a dark room, unable to handle social interaction, driving, and even withdrew from school. My world shrank to the confines of a bed.
My life became a cycle of failed recoveries. It reached a point where doctors couldn't help me, so they prescribed pills — but I REFUSED to become a lifelong "Big Pharma" patient. Pills were just a band-aid solution.
Having nowhere to turn drove me to hopelessness. I thought I'd never get better. At my lowest point, I received a recommendation to consult with Dr. Paul Harch, who specializes in treating brain trauma in a natural and holistic way using HBOT treatment. Under his care, he proved to be the turning point in my journey, putting me on the path to recovery.

I was disgusted companies used such harmful ingredients in their products. You would think something sold in a store must be safe... Clearly, that's not the case. 🫠
The search for safer alternatives was disappointing. Many products still contained harmful ingredients, didn't work as promised, and used misleading marketing to deceive people. Inspired by Dr. Harch's advocacy for my well-being — and recognizing the need for a brand that genuinely prioritizes people's health — I decided to start True Friend.
